Warranty Registration
The Manta 100-Day Guarantee
Manta World Sport has a 100-day Guarantee giving testament to a 3-decade long commitment to quality in racquet design and manufacture. Obtain and keep your Proof of Purchase showing the date you bought the racquet and all other basic details of your purchase. To activate your Guarantee, you must register the purchase of your racquet, within 10 days, by filling out the form below.
Terms of Guarantee
Manta World Sport will furnish, at no charge, the same or equivalent replacement racquet (no refunds will be given) if the purchased racquet cracks or breaks through normal use within 100 days of purchase. The broken racquet must be delivered to Manta World Sport “prepaid” with proof of purchase, to the address below. The postmark or pick-up receipt must be dated within 100 days of the included proof of purchase receipt. Please note: The replacement racquet is not covered by the Guarantee.
Exclusions
This Guarantee does not apply to racquets in rental markets, institutional use, non-purchased racquets or racquets supplied in Promotions. As well, Manta World Sport will not replace racquets with multiple fractures or those that have had the strings changed. This Guarantee does not apply to Bumper guards, Grips, Racquet covers or String breakage.
